Weather Summary for Minnesota
National Weather Service Twin Cities/Chanhassen MN
441 AM CST Mon Nov 20 2017

High clouds spread eastward across Minnesota overnight. Temperatures
prior to daybreak ranged from 10 to 15 degrees in the Arrowhead, to
the upper teens to upper 20s across most of the rest of the state.

Mild high temperatures are expected today ahead of an approaching
cold front. Parts of the central and south could see highs in the
low to mid 50s, while 40s will be common across much of the north. A
few rain and snow showers are possible along the International
border this afternoon and evening, otherwise a dry day is expected.

The front will slam across the state tonight and bring brisk
northwest winds and cold temperatures for Tuesday. Highs in the
upper teens to upper 20s are expected.

The upcoming week looks mainly dry, other than chance of some light
precipitation on Wednesday and again Friday night, mainly for the
north. Warmer air returns for Thanksgiving and especially Friday,
when highs in the 40s and 50s are expected.
