CLOUDY SKIES WERE OVER THE STATE LATE THIS MORNING WITH RAIN SHOWERS
OVER THE NORTHEAST. TEMPERATURES AT 11 AM RANGED FROM 43 DEGREES AT
CROOKSTON TO 56 DEGREES AT ST CLOUD.

EXPECT RAIN SHOWERS TO OCCUR OVER THE NORTHEAST AND EAST CENTRAL
PART OF THE STATE THIS AFTERNOON. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM
THE UPPER 40S NORTH TO THE MID 50S SOUTH. WINDY CONDITIONS WILL BE
OVER THE ENTIRE STATE THIS AFTERNOON. IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME...BUT
THE WIND AND CLOUD COVER WILL BE SCOURED OUT COME SATURDAY BY A HIGH
PRESSURE AREA WORKING IN FROM THE NORTH. LOOKING AHEAD...EXPECT
TEMPERATURES TO RETURN TO ABOVE NORMAL MARKS EARLY NEXT WEEK AND
STAY ABOVE NORMAL THROUGH THE WEEK.
