MUCH OF MINNESOTA HAD PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES AROUND
NOON...WITH SOME CLEARER AREAS IN NORTHWEST AND SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA.
THERE WAS NORTHERLY WIND OF ABOUT 5 TO 10 MPH...WITH SOME AREAS
SEEING GUSTS UP TO NEARLY 20 MPH. TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE MID
TO UPPER 40S IN NORTHERN MINNESOTA...TO THE LOW TO MID 50S IN
SOUTHERN MINNESOTA.

MUCH OF THE MINNESOTA SHOULD CONTINUE TO SEE PARTLY TO MOSTLY
CLOUDY SKIES TODAY. TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO REACH THE 50S FOR
MOST OF THE STATE.

THERE WILL BE SOME CLEARING OVER NORTHERN MINNESOTA TONIGHT AS
HIGH PRESSURE SHIFTS FROM SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN INTO THE NORTHERN
PLAINS AND MINNESOTA. OVERNIGHT LOWS WILL BE IN THE LOWER 30S TO
UPPER 20S IN NORTHERN MINNESOTA...WHICH WILL RESULT IN A FROSTY
MORNING FRIDAY. SOUTHERN MINNESOTA WILL SEE LOWS IN THE UPPER 30S
TO LOWER 40S.

THE FIRST HALF OF THE WEEKEND WILL REMAIN DRY...WITH TEMPERATURES
MODERATING BACK INTO THE LOWER 60S. THERE WILL BE A CHANCE OF
SHOWERS MOVING INTO LATER SATURDAY NIGHT TO THE NORTH AND WILL
SPREAD SOUTHEAST WITH A COLD FRONT ON SUNDAY.
