MINNESOTA...EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA...
SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA...WEST CENTRAL
MINNESOTA...NORTHWEST WISCONSIN AND WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

A WINTRY MIX OF PRECIPITATION THIS MORNING...INCLUDING FREEZING
RAIN...WILL CHANGE OVER TO SNOW LATER THIS MORNING AND START TO
ACCUMULATE. A LIGHT GLAZING OF ICE WILL BE FOLLOWED WITH SNOW
ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 4 INCHES. THE HIGHEST ACCUMULATIONS WILL
OCCUR IN WESTERN WISCONSIN.

STRONG WINDS WILL DEVELOP BY LATE MORNING AND PERSIST THROUGH
THIS AFTERNOON...POTENTIALLY CAUSING BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.

ALL THIS EXPECTED WEATHER WILL LIKELY CREATE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL
CONDITIONS THROUGH THE DAY TODAY WITH IMPROVING CONDITIONS
TONIGHT.
