The Flash Flood Watch for portions of northwestern Connecticut,

Additional scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms are
possible overnight; however, they are not expected to result in
additional flooding. Though the threat for flash flooding has
ended, travelers should be alert for ponding of water in low-lying
areas. Flooded roadways can be difficult to see at night. If you
encounter a flooded roadway, Turn Around, Don`t Drown.
