The National Weather Service in State College PA has issued a

* Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Cameron County in north central Pennsylvania...

* Until 1000 PM EDT

* At 803 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  small stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain
  has already fallen. An additional half inch to one   inch of rain
  is expected in some areas...and minor flooding of poor drainage
  areas is expected to begin shortly.

* Flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern
  Cameron County.


Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flood Advisory means ponding of water in urban or other areas is
occurring or is imminent.
