NORTHEASTERN MEIGS...ROANE AND CENTRAL LOUDON COUNTIES...

AT 631 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THE HEAVIEST RAIN HAS EXITED
THE AREA...BUT LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN WILL CONTINUE OVER THE ADVISED
AREA FOR THE NEXT HOUR. TWO TO TWO AND A HALF INCHES OF RAIN
HAS FALLEN.  THIS MAY CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA.
