.DISCUSSION...
Mostly clear, rain-free weather is expected today through at least
Wednesday. Minimum relative humidity values may drop briefly near
or just below 50 percent this afternoon, with slightly higher
values on Wednesday afternoon. Tonight, winds likely will turn
light and variable in many areas by midnight, with relative
humidity values peaking over 80 percent, locally higher. In
addition, the Dispersion Index will drop to the single digits
overnight. West breezes will prevail today, with winds turning
out of the east on Wednesday.
