the area through Friday. Compared to the past few days, the
precipitation will become more scattered and light by Friday. A
drier northerly flow will slowly take shape over the weekend. High
pressure may produce further warming and drying next week.

* Sky/Weather.........Mostly cloudy. Scattered light rain showers
  in the valley and scattered light snow showers over the terrain.
* Max Temperature.....35-37 upper terrain and around 50 valley in
  the valley.
* Min Humidity........40-45 percent valley and 60-65 percent upper
  part.
* Wind (20 ft)........Northeast to east 5-10 mph.
* CWR (> 0.10 Inch)...10 percent.
