The following is the Hazardous Weather Outlook.

* WHAT...Scattered slick spots early this morning as wet snow
  freezes on some roadways. Prepare for black ice.

* WHERE...South central Montana and Northern Wyoming.

* ADDITIONAL HAZARD CONCERNS...Periods of strong southwest winds
  will impact Livingston and the Beartooth Foothills tonight
  through Thanksgiving. Occasional gusts exceeding 60 mph are
  likely. Travel on I-90 near Livingston will be impacted by strong
  cross winds.
