A STRONG AND DANGEROUS WINTER STORM PRODUCING WIDESPREAD FREEZING
RAIN WILL CONTINUE ACROSS CENTRAL AND PORTIONS OF WESTERN KANSAS
THIS MORNING. SIGNIFICANT ICE ACCUMULATIONS WILL LEAD TO SUBSTANTIAL
TREE DAMAGE AND DOWNED POWERLINES. SNOW DEVELOPING ACROSS WEST CENTRAL
AND EXTREME SOUTHWEST KANSAS WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD SLOWLY EASTWARD
THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE MORNING CREATING HAZARDOUS DRIVING
