Including the cities of Sandpoint, Rathdrum, Bonners Ferry,
Priest River, Eastport, Kellogg, St Maries, Pinehurst, Osburn,
Wallace, Mullan, Ritzville, Grand Coulee, Odessa, Wilbur,
Coulee City, Colville, Deer Park, Chewelah, Newport,
Kettle Falls, Republic, Inchelium, Wauconda, Leavenworth, Mazama,
Twisp, Winthrop, Stehekin, Conconully, Omak, Okanogan, Brewster,
Bridgeport, Oroville, Nespelem, Waterville, and Mansfield

Through 10 AM, expect areas of fog to reduce visibilities to a
mile or less in many sheltered locations. With temperatures
dipping below freezing early this morning, some icy patches are
possible on roadways. Some spots experience thick fog include:
Highway 20 in the Methow Valley, Highway 2 from Davenport to
Wilbur and near Waterville, Highway 95 from Athol to Sandpoint and
Bonners Ferry, and I-90 from Kellogg to Lookout Pass. The fog will
give way to rain late this morning. Expect visibilities to improve
and temperatures to warm.
