COLUMBIA BASIN...PALOUSE...AND SPOKANE/COEUR D`ALENE AREA THROUGH
1000 AM THIS MORNING. THIS MIX WILL BE COMPRISED OF LIGHT
FREEZING RAIN...SLEET AND SNOW...SOUTH OF A LINE FROM ODESSA TO
TENSED...WITH PRIMARILY SNOW NORTH OF THAT LINE. COMMUTERS ARE
URGED TO ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH THEIR DESTINATIONS THIS MORNING
AS ROADS COULD GET SLIPPERY DUE TO THE WINTRY MIX. THE THREAT OF
PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO PUSH EAST OF EASTERN WASHINGTON BY
NOON TODAY.
