A MILD DAY IS EXPECTED FOR TODAY THEN COOLER WEATHER WILL MOVE INTO
THE AREA SUNDAY. A MIXTURE OF RAIN...FREEZING RAIN AND SNOW WILL
MOVE INTO THE AREA TONIGHT. THE RAIN WILL CHANGE OVER TO SNOW AFTER
MIDNIGHT. ALSO HIGH WINDS WILL MOVE INTO EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA TONIGHT
AND SPREAD INTO NORTHWEST MINNESOTA ON SUNDAY. THE COMBINATION OF
WINDS AND SNOW WILL PRODUCE POOR VISIBILITY...ESPECIALLY IN RURAL
AREAS FOR SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT.

HIGH TEMPERATURES IN THE SINGLE DIGITS AND THE TEENS ARE FORECAST
FOR TUESDAY. HIGH TEMPERATURES IN THE TEENS ARE FORECAST FOR
WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

AFTER THE SUNDAY STORM...LITTLE OR NO PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED
THROUGH TUESDAY.

LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP OVER ALBERTA AND WILL MOVE INTO NORTHERN
MINNESOTA ON SUNDAY MORNING.
