THE RED RIVER...FOLLOWED BY A WEEKEND THAT WILL FEATURE MORE
WIDESPREAD SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY. THERE IS A POTENTIAL
FOR SOME HEAVY RAIN SHOWERS THIS WEEKEND AND OUTDOOR EVENTS MAY BE
IMPACTED...ESPECIALLY SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY. THE RAIN WILL ALSO
RESULT IN UNSEASONALLY COOL TEMPERATURES OVER CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA
AND THE DEVILS LAKE BASIN SATURDAY...WITH DAYTIME HIGHS ONLY A
FRACTION BEYOND 60 DEGREES.
