MIDNIGHT AND WILL CONTINUE INTO THURSDAY MORNING...WITH LOWS IN THE
MID 20S. SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 4 TO 7 INCHES ARE FORECAST ACROSS
METRO NEW YORK CITY..NEW JERSEY AND LONG ISLAND. FROM 3 TO 5 INCHES
ARE FORECAST ACROSS COASTAL CONNECTICUT WITH 2 TO 4 INCHES FURTHER
INLAND ACROSS INTERIOR SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT AND PORTIONS OF THE
LOWER HUDSON VALLEY.


SNOWFALL WILL TAPER OFF FROM NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST THURSDAY
AFTERNOON AS THE WAVE OF LOW PRESSURE SLIDES AWAY FROM THE COAST AND
HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN. UNSEASONABLY COLD CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE
AS HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL ONLY REACH THE MID 20S DURING THE
DAY...WITH LOWS IN THE SINGLE DIGITS AND TEENS THURSDAY NIGHT.

CONDITIONS WILL SLOWLY MODERATE ON SATURDAY WITH NO PRECIPITATION
FORECAST.
