AT 1030 AM A FEW SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 30
MPH ACROSS PARTS OF SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND FAR NORTHEAST
IOWA...MAINLY NEAR AND NORTH OF THE STATE LINE. THESE SHOWERS AND
STORMS ARE NORTH OF WHERE THE HEAVIEST RAIN FELL TUESDAY EVENING
INTO THE OVERNIGHT HOURS OF THIS MORNING. RAIN AMOUNTS OF UP TO
ONE-THIRD INCH ARE POSSIBLE THE REST OF THE MORNING.

THE RAIN FROM THESE SHOWERS AND STORMS IS NOT EXPECTED TO CREATE
ADDITIONAL FLOODING PROBLEMS. HOWEVER...LIGHTNING FROM AND STORMS
CAN POSE A HAZARD TO PEOPLE OUTDOORS DOING RECOVERY WORK FROM LAST
NIGHTS RAINS AND FLOODING. IF STORMS APPROACH...MOVE INDOORS UNTIL
THEY PASS.
