RAPIDLY DEVELOPING DENSE FOG AROUND SUNRISE WILL CONTINUE THROUGH
10 AM ACROSS THE DEEP SOUTH TEXAS RANCHLANDS. VISIBILITY WAS
REPORTED TO BE NEAR ZERO AT BROOKS COUNTY AIRPORT AND ZAPATA
COUNTY AIRPORT JUST AFTER 8 AM.

DRIVERS...ESPECIALLY ALONG HIGHWAY 83 IN ZAPATA COUNTY...STATE
ROAD 16 FROM ZAPATA TO HEBBRONVILLE...STATE ROAD 285 FROM
HEBBRONVILLE THROUGH SARITA INCLUDING FALFURRIAS...AND FARM TO
MARKET ROADS IN THE AREA SHOULD DRIVE SLOWLY...USE FOG LIGHTS OR
LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS.

CONDITIONS SHOULD QUICKLY IMPROVE AFTER 10 AM.
