...AREAS OF DENSE FOG THIS MORNING...ANOTHER ROUND OF MIXED
PRECIPITATION TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING...

Persistent southwest winds through Friday will bring increasing
moisture to the area. The increased moisture will combine with the
light winds and recent snow melt to produce areas of dense fog
early this morning. Since surface temperatures in many locations
remain just below freezing this morning, scattered slippery spots
will develop on untreated roads and sidewalks.

An upper disturbance sliding over the area tonight into friday
will bring a mix of rain, freezing rain and sleet to the area.
The mix may also include some light snow over north central
Wisconsin and far northeast Wisconsin. With surface and ground
temperatures near the freezing mark tonight, a light glaze of ice
may develop. With slightly colder temperatures over northern and
far northeast Wisconsin, the icy accumulation may approach one
tenth of an inch.

Motorists should be prepared for more periods of hazardous driving
conditions due to the fog early today and mixed precipitation
tonight.
