...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SOUTHEASTERN JACKSON AND EASTERN
DEKALB COUNTIES UNTIL 700 PM CST...

At 634 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a line of heavy rainfall
from near Pisgah to near Fort Payne to near Tabor Road. Movement was
northeast near 40 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with this brief heavy
rainfall.

Locations impacted include...
Fort Payne, Rainsville, Little River Canyon National Preserve,
Henagar, Sylvania, Ider, Pisgah, Little River Falls, Valley Head and
Hammondville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Strong gusty winds will be capable of knocking down small tree limbs
along with other small unsecured items. Seek safe shelter until this
line of heavy rainfall has passed.
