...PATCHY DENSE FOG TO HAMPER TRAVEL THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING
HOURS...

WET GROUND...CALM WINDS...AND HIGH RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES HAVE
LED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PATCHY DENSE FOG ACROSS MUCH OF THE NEW
RIVER AND GREENBRIER VALLEY. SOME LOCATIONS WITHIN THIS REGION
HAVE SEEN VISIBILITIES DROP TO NEAR ZERO. THESE CONDITIONS WILL
CONTINUE THROUGH AN HOUR OR SO AFTER SUNRISE, IMPACTING THE
MORNING COMMUTE.

IF YOU WILL BE TRAVELING THIS MORNING, BE PREPARED FOR AREAS OF
DENSE FOG WITH SEVERELY RESTRICTED VISIBILITY, ALONG WITH
SIGNIFICANT VARIATIONS IN VISIBILITY FROM HIGHER ELEVATIONS WITH
LITTLE OR NO FOG TO LOWER ELEVATION...VALLEY AREAS WHERE
VISIBILITYMAY BE NEAR ZERO.

REDUCE SPEED...USE LOW BEAM HEADLINES...AND ALLOW EXTRA DISTANCE
BETWEEN YOU AND THE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF YOU.
