A COLD FRONT MOVING ACROSS THE REGION TODAY WILL BRING BREEZY
NORTHWESTERLY WINDS AND COOLER TEMPERATURES. HIGHS TODAY WILL
CLIMB INTO THE 60S FOR MOST LOCATIONS. THE COMBINATION OF VERY DRY
CONDITIONS AND THE BREEZY NORTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL CREATE EXTREME
FIRE DANGER THIS AFTERNOON FOR EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA.

LOWS TONIGHT WILL BE IN THE 30S. INCREASING SOUTHERLY WINDS ON
TUESDAY WILL BRING WARMER TEMPERATURES INTO THE REGION. HIGHS ON
TUESDAY WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 60S...IN WESTERN MINNESOTA...TO
THE UPPER 70S...IN CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA.
