...Patchy Frost late tonight and early Wednesday morning...

With light winds, clear skies and temperatures in the mid to
upper 30s, patchy frost will be possible across portions of
northeast Tennessee...southwest Virginia and southwest North
Carolina tonight and early Wednesday. While not widespread,
sheltered, low- lying areas will have the greatest potential for
frost. If you typically experience frost with temperatures in the
30s, you may want to take measures to protect sensitive vegetation
from exposure tonight.
