...Patchy dense fog expected this morning through 9 am...

Patchy dense fog has developed across Northeast Tennessee,
Southwest Virginia, and Southwest North Caroline early this
morning. Visibilities will drop to around a quarter of a mile in
some locations. Motorists are encouraged to slow down while
driving, use low beam headlights and maintain a safe distance
between vehicles.
