CLOUDS WILL BE ON THE INCREASE FROM WEST TO EAST TONIGHT...WITH PATCHY FOG POSSIBLE IN OUTLYING AREAS LATE TONIGHT. THERE WILL BE A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND PERHAPS A THUNDERSTORM ON THURSDAY...MAINLY WEST OF SUFFOLK COUNTY AND SOUTHEASTERN CONNECTICUT...AS AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVES THROUGH THE REGION. TEMPERATURES CONTINUE TO BE BELOW NORMAL FOR LATE JULY...UPPER 70S TO LOWER 80S. UNSETTLED CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE INTO THE END OF THE WORK WEEK.
