SHOWER CHANCES INCREASE AREA-WIDE DURING THE DAY ON MONDAY AS THE UPPER LEVEL LOW OVER THE CANADIAN MARITIMES CONTINUES TO DRIFT BACK TO THE SOUTH AND WEST. OVERALL PRECIPITATION AMOUNTS WILL REMAIN LIGHT...LESS THAN A QUARTER OF AN INCH. WITH PLENTY OF CLOUD COVER TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN A FEW DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. HIGH PRESSURE GRADUALLY BUILDS IN DURING THE DAY TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY. WITH INCREASINGLY SUNNY SKIES TEMPERATURES WILL RISE TO NEAR NORMAL FOR THE END OF APRIL...MID 60S DURING THE DAY AND MID TO UPPER 40S AT NIGHT. THE NEXT CHANCE FOR PRECIPITATION COMES ON THURSDAY AS A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM EMERGES OFF THE SOUTHEAST COAST. $$
