Southwestern Roosevelt County in east central New Mexico...
Eastern De Baca County in east central New Mexico...
Northeastern Chaves County in southeastern New Mexico...

70 with storms continuing to move over the area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...

creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.
