SKIRT THE BURN AREA. IF STORMS DO IMPACT THE AREA HOWEVER...THEY
WILL BE CAPABLE OF HEAVY RAIN AND GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS TO 40 MPH.
STORMS WILL DEVELOP OVER ADJACENT MOUNTAIN RANGES BY EARLY
AFTERNOON...AND STEERING FLOW SHOULD TAKE THEM TO THE SOUTH OR
SOUTHWEST AROUND 5 TO 10 MPH. STORMS SHOULD DIMINISH AROUND THE
AREA TONIGHT...THOUGH MAY CONTINUE NEAR OR OVER THE SANGRE DE
CRISTO MOUNTAINS...RESULTING IN PERIODIC GUSTY EAST WINDS.
OTHERWISE...HUMIDITIES WILL BE MUCH LOWER TODAY...BUT RECOVERIES
