  TO SAN FELIPE PUEBLO...PLACITAS...THE ALBUQUERQUE EAST SIDE...
  ISLETA PUEBLO...ABO PASS...AND CARRIZOZO.

* WINDS...EAST TO SOUTHEAST 25 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS NEAR 50 MPH.

* TIMING...WHILE WINDS MAY TAPER OFF EARLY THIS AFTERNOON...THEY
  ARE EXPECTED TO QUICKLY RESTRENGTHEN AGAIN EARLY THIS EVENING.

* VISIBILITY...LOCALLY REDUCED NEAR OPEN FIELDS...DRY ARROYO
  BEDS...AND CONSTRUCTION SITES.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...STRONG CROSS WINDS WILL IMPACT NORTH TO SOUTH
  ROADWAYS...INCLUDING INTERSTATE 25 AND HIGHWAY 54.
