White Deer, Pampa, Shamrock, Wheeler, Canyon, Claude, Clarendon,
and Wellington

Low cloudiness and areas of fog are expected across the central
and eastern portions of the Texas Panhandle this morning. The fog
and low clouds will lift by mid to late morning. Visibilities in
the fog are expected to be reduced to around three to five miles,
although some isolated locations may see visibilities as low as
one to three at times.
