TEXAS PANHANDLES THROUGH 8 AM THIS MORNING WHILE PATCHY FOG AFFECTS
BOTH THE OKLAHOMA AND TEXAS PANHANDLES. LIGHT PRECIPITATION AMOUNTS
COULD BE POSSIBLE OF A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH. AREAS AFFECTED BY
THE FOG CAN EXPECT VISIBILITIES TO RANGE BETWEEN 1 AND 5 MILES.
