TEXAS PANHANDLES THROUGH 6 AM THIS MORNING WHILE PATCHY FOG AFFECTS
BOTH THE OKLAHOMA AND TEXAS PANHANDLES. LIGHT PRECIPITATION AMOUNTS
COULD BE POSSIBLE OF A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH. SURFACE
TEMPERATURES WHERE RAIN IS REACHING THE GROUND REMAIN ABOVE FREEZING
SO DO NOT EXPECT TO SEE SNOW MIXED IN WITH LIGHT RAIN. AREAS AFFECTED
BY THE FOG CAN EXPECT VISIBILITIES TO RANGE BETWEEN 1 AND 5 MILES.
