CENTRAL PANHANDLES THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING. THE STRONGEST STORMS
WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS TO AROUND 40 MILES AN HOUR
AND HEAVY RAIN. MOST OF THE RAIN WILL BE FOUND NORTHWEST OF A
HEREFORD TO FOLLETT LINE THROUGH 2 AM.
