WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHEAST
ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND EASTERN PANHANDLES THIS MORNING. SOME OF THE
STRONGER STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING SMALL HAIL AND HEAVY
RAINFALL. THE HEAVY RAIN MAY CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING. RAINFALL RATES
WILL BE AROUND ONE HALF OF AN INCH AN HOUR. THE STRONGEST STORMS
WILL STAY GENERALLY SOUTHEAST OF A LINE FROM CLAUDE TO CANADIAN
THROUGH NOON.
