OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE AND THE EASTERN TEXAS PANHANDLE THROUGH 9 PM THIS
EVENING. THESE SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL LIKELY AFFECT LOCATIONS ALONG
AND EAST OF A LINE FROM TURPIN TO CANADIAN TO WHEELER AND THEN TO
WELLINGTON. THE STRONGER STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL ALONG WITH WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 TO 50 MPH.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS AROUND A TENTH OF AN INCH TO ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH
CAN BE EXPECTED.
