SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE
OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE AND ALSO MUCH OF THE TEXAS PANHANDLE THROUGH THE
MORNING HOURS. THESE SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL AFFECT LOCATIONS MAINLY
NORTH AND WEST OF A LINE FROM HAPPY TO PAMPA TO ALLISON THROUGH 8 AM.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED TO AVERAGE AROUND A TENTH TO ONE
QUARTER OF AN INCH. A FEW OF THE STRONGER STORMS MAY BE CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING WIND GUSTS TO 40 TO 50 MPH AND RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN A
HALF INCH AND ONE INCH.
