North to northeast winds at 20 to 30 miles an hour with gusts to
around 40 miles an hour will be common across the Oklahoma
Panhandle and the northern Texas Panhandle through the early
morning behind an outflow boundary. The winds will slowly decrease
about 2 hours after the boundary moves through. Be alert for
patchy blowing dust which may locally reduce the visibility.
