Forgan, Dalhart, Stratford, Spearman, Gruver, Perryton, Booker,
Higgins, Follett, Hartley, Channing, Dumas, Borger, Miami,
Canadian, Vega, Amarillo, Panhandle, White Deer, Pampa, Shamrock,
Wheeler, Hereford, Canyon, Claude, Clarendon, and Wellington

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue to develop
across most of the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles through 7 am CDT
this morning. The showers and storms will move quickly northeast
and will be capable of producing locally heavy rainfall in a short
time. Heavy rains will be the main threat from the thunderstorms,
with hourly rainfall amounts of one-half inch or more likely with
the stronger storms.
