THE EASTERN TEXAS PANHANDLE. THESE STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE TO
THE NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH THROUGH NOON. RAINFALL WILL BE LIMITED TO A
FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH. THESE STORMS MAY ALSO BE CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING BRIEF GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH AND OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING.
