SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND
MOVE EAST SOUTHEAST AROUND 15 MPH ACROSS THE PANHANDLES THIS
MORNING. THROUGH 8 AM CDT...ONE CLUSTER OF SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL
IMPACT AREAS FROM THE CENTRAL OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE SOUTHEAST INTO THE
EASTERN TEXAS PANHANDLE...INCLUDING GUYMON...SPEARMAN...AND CANADIAN.
OTHER SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL START TO MOVE INTO THE FAR SOUTHWEST
TEXAS PANHANDLE DURING THIS TIME. HEAVY RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH
THE STRONGER STORMS...WHICH MAY LEAD TO SOME PONDING OF WATER ON
ROADWAYS.
