OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE AND ALSO MUCH OF THE NORTHERN AND WESTERN TEXAS
PANHANDLE THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS. THESE SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL
AFFECT LOCATIONS MAINLY NORTH AND WEST OF A LINE FROM VEGA TO DUMAS
TO CANADIAN THROUGH 6 AM. RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED TO AVERAGE
AROUND A TENTH TO ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH. A FEW OF THE STRONGER
STORMS MAY BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS TO 40 TO 50 MPH AND
RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN A HALF INCH AND ONE INCH.
