...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN CARSON AND EAST
CENTRAL POTTER COUNTIES THROUGH 445 PM CDT...

At 416 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
capable of producing a landspout 16 miles north of Washburn, or 16
miles northeast of Amarillo, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Landspouts, wind gusts up to 50 mph, and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
         could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
         objects.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Carson
and east central Potter Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
