...A few slippery spots on roadways possible through mid morning
across the higher inland terrain...

With spotty light snow, freezing rain and freezing drizzle across
some of the higher elevations of the Worcester hills, Route 2
region of north central and northwest Massachusetts and the east
slopes of the Berkshires, there could still be some slick spots on
untreated surfaces such as sidewalks and side roads.

Motorists traveling across north central and western Massachusetts
should be prepared for isolated icy spots on roadways. Drive with
extra caution and take extra time in reaching your destinations.
Temperatures are expected to rise to the mid 30s by mid morning.
