...A line of thunderstorms with very heavy Rainfall Affecting
Worcester...west central Essex... southeastern Hampshire...western
Middlesex...southeastern Franklin and central Hampden Counties ...

At 1010 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
over Leicester, or near Worcester, moving east at 50 mph. If
traveling along the route 2 cooridor or along the Mass Pike be
prepared for reduced visibility in heavy rain along with ponding of
water on roads and highways.

Locations impacted include...
The main impacts will be along the route 2 corridor and along the
Mass Pike from Springfield to Sturbridge.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive through flooded roads or underpasses. Avoid low lying
areas near small streams.
