...Scattered snow showers and brief isolated squalls will move
through Rhode Island and southeast Massachusetts through 1030

A few snow showers will accompany an arctic frontal passage this
morning across Rhode Island and southeast Massachusetts. An
isolated heavier snow squall is possible which may briefly reduce
visibility but no accumulation is expected. Wind gusts to 45 mph
will follow after the front moves through.
