Temperatures across Northern Connecticut, the Connecticut River
Valley of Massachusetts, and Eastern and Northeastern Interior
Massachusetts will fall towards and hover around freezing overnight.

While freezing rain is forecast, with temperatures hovering around
freezing, expect any icing to be spotty. Subsequently confidence is
low with respect to ice accumulation on untreated surfaces. If any,
feel it will be isolated and more confined to the higher elevations
such as the Tolland Hills of Northern Connecticut.

Temperatures should warm during the early morning hours Monday thus
diminishing the freezing rain threat.
