AT 859 AM EDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS NEAR NORFOLK...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH AND SMALL PEA SIZED HAIL ARE POSSIBLE WITH
THIS STORM. VERY HEAVY RAIN OF UP TO ONE INCH IN ONE HOUR IS ALSO
OCCURRING AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADS AND IN POOR DRAINAGE
AREAS. THERE MAY BE RAPID RISES ON SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS.
