...A COLD AND SNOWY START TO NOVEMBER...

THROUGH NOVEMBER 16TH...THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE AT CARIBOU THIS
MONTH OF 32.7 DEGREES IS 1.8 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. IT HAS BEEN THE
COLDEST START TO NOVEMBER (MONTH TO DATE) SINCE 2004.

A TOTAL OF 15.9 INCHES OF SNOW HAS BEEN OBSERVED SO FAR THIS
MONTH...WHICH IS 11.9 INCHES ABOVE NORMAL. IT HAS BEEN THE
SNOWIEST START TO THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER (MONTH TO DATE) SINCE
1963.

AT BANGOR...THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE THIS MONTH (THROUGH NOVEMBER
16TH) OF 36.2 DEGREES IS 3.3 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. IT HAS BEEN
THE COLDEST START TO NOVEMBER SINCE 2004.

A TOTAL OF 14.7 INCHES OF SNOW HAS BEEN OBSERVED SO FAR THIS
MONTH...WHICH IS 14.3 INCHES ABOVE NORMAL. IT HAS BEEN THE
SNOWIEST START TO THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER SINCE 1968.
