...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1100 AM EDT...

For the following areas...
Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA extending from 20 nm to
60 nm...

At 1034 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from 10 nm south of Sayler Barge to 22 nm
southeast of R2 Tower to 55 nm southeast of Tug Rio Caroni, moving
east at 55 knots. This line of storms has a history of producing
wind gusts 40 to 50 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high
         winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher waves.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
