ABOUT .5 INCHES IN NW SIERRA COUNTY...SOUTHERN HIDALGO COUNTY...AND
IN CELLS MOVING INTO SOUTHERN HUDSPETH COUNTY. WESTERN HIDALGO AND
GRANT COUNTIES AND EASTERN OTERO AND HUDSPETH COUNTIES WILL START
TO SEE SOME THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY AS THEY ARE IN THE LESS CLOUD
COVER AREAS. HEAVY RAIN AND LOCALIZED FLOODING IS POSSIBLE THIS
