AT 509 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A STRONG THUNDERSTORM
JUST WEST OF THE TOWN OF DELTA THAT IS FAIRLY STATIONARY.  THE MAIN
CONCERN FROM THIS STORM WILL BE STRONG OUTFLOW WINDS OF 40 TO 50 MPH
ONCE THE STORM COLLAPSES.
