* FELL BELOW FLOOD STAGE AT  2:00 AM SATURDAY.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO FALL TO 18.5 FEET BY TOMORROW MORNING.
* IMPACT...AT 19.0 FEET...FLOOD WATERS WILL AFFECT SWAMPLANDS ADJACENT TO THE
  RIVER.
