WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
FAIRMONT...BARNESVILLE...PROCTORVILLE AND ORRUM.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
 INTERSTATE 74 NEAR MILE MARKER 214.
 INTERSTATE 95 IN NORTH CAROLINA NEAR MILE MARKER 10.
 US ROUTE 74 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 365 AND 374.
