THIS AFTERNOON SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 25 TO 30 MPH MPH WILL DEVELOP. IN ADDITION...RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL DROP TO AROUND 25 TO 30 PERCENT DURING THE AFTERNOON. RESIDENTS ARE URGED TO AVOID OUTDOOR BURNING TODAY. ANY UNATTENDED FIRE SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO THE LOCAL FIRE DEPARTMENT.
