AS LOW PRESSURE STRENGTHENS OFF THE NORTH CAROLINA COAST...WINDS WILL BECOME STRONG. NORTHWEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE TO 25 TO 30 MPH SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING WITH GUSTS AS HIGH AS 35 TO 40 MPH. WIND GUSTS MAY BRIEFLY REACH 45 MPH ALONG COASTAL NORTH CAROLINA. WIND SPEEDS ARE EXPECTED TO DECREASE OVERNIGHT SATURDAY. THESE WINDS MAY BRING DOWN SOME SMALLER TREE LIMBS WHICH MAY RESULT IN BRIEF POWER DISRUPTIONS.
