SINCE WINDS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO DROP BELOW 5 MPH FOR A PROLONGED PERIOD OF TIME...FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE NOT EXPECTED EXCEPT IN THOSE LOCATIONS THAT REMAIN WIND PROTECTED THROUGH THE NIGHT.
