Areas of fog across Northeastern South Carolina and portions of Southeastern North Carolina could become locally dense this morning. Visibilities could drop to one-quarter to one-half mile at times during this morning`s commute. If dense fog is encountered while driving, be sure to allow plenty of extra distance between vehicles for safety. Fog should dissipate by 1000 AM. $$ TRA
