At 1021 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Pierre Part,
or near Belle River, moving east at 70 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Morgan City, Franklin, Patterson, Jeanerette, Berwick, Bayou Vista,
Cypremort Point, Stephensville, Burns Point, Belle River, Baldwin,
Ellerslie, Patterson Memorial Airport, Glencoe, Sorrel, Cote Blanche
Island, Amelia, Lake Fausse Pointe, Charenton, and Lydia.
