Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A 30.0 inch high over eastern New York will slide across New England and weaken tonight. A warm front will move northeast across the lake late tonight through Wednesday morning. A 29.5 inch low over the mid section of the nation Wednesday will move to the Ohio Valley Thursday then off the east coast Thursday night and Friday. A weak 29.8 ridge will then slide across the lake Friday night, with a 29.6 inch trough then forecast to approach the Lower Great Lakes Saturday. A 29.9 inch high will move into the Great Lakes region Sunday.
