SOUTH PLAINS AND NORTHERN ROLLING PLAINS. HOURLY RAINFALL RATES
WILL GENERALLY BE 1/10 OF AN INCH OR LESS.

ALSO...NORTHWEST WINDS SUSTAINED AROUND 30 MPH WITH GUSTS
APPROACHING 50 MPH WILL BECOME MORE COMMON THROUGH THE PRE-DAWN
HOURS. PEOPLE IN HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES TRAVELING ON EAST TO WEST
ROADS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR STRONG CROSSWINDS.
